Now time for Biscuits tip of the week! Since we just got over a yucky, wet, rainy week, here are some positives to water in your hair! (But not rain water)  

Water reinvigorates your natural wave pattern. Rewetting your wavy or curly hair can bring back out those luscious waves. Use a spray bottle throughout the day for an easy, low maintenance pick me up!

Water evens out the porosity of your hair! Wetting your hair prior to a product can allow the product to distribute more evenly throughout your hair. This can also help us when doing a lightening service on you and need to tone!

The biggest negative to water and wet hair is that wet hair is less elastic.  This means your hair is more prone to damage when it's wet. Be gentle and opt for a wide tooth comb when brushing your wet hair and avoid roughing it up with a towel or twisting it too tight.
