What are your hours of operation?
Sunday and Monday: 11am-5pm
Tuesday-Friday: 10am-6pm
Saturday: 10am-5pm
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your missed appointment you will be charged 100% of your service. Cancelling within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of your service.
What is parking like?
We have free, on-site parking.

Do you guarantee your services?
Yes. If you’re not happy with your outcome you have 7 days to return free of charge to adjust any services.
How do I schedule an appointment?

Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, however due to limited availability appointments are highly encouraged.
How do I choose the right treatments and products?
Always consult with your stylist for product recommendations.
We carry R+Co and Hairstory.
What can I expect from my service provider during my salon experience?
You can expect and transformation catered to your own suitability in a salon space that fosters creativity and open mindedness. We can listen to exactly what you want, or persuade you into a good change - you pick it, we stick it.
Can I book extra services while in the salon?
Yes, if time permits.
Do you offer gift certificates or vouchers?
Yes.
What if I lost my gift certificate?
Sucks to be you, nerd.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Cash.
What is the policy for pricing?
We use gender neutral pricing at Forté Salon. With our hourly pricing model you are charged based on the amount of time in the chair.
How does the tipping process work? What is normal?
Tipping is not required, however feel free to tip your stylist if you’re happy with your service!
Do you accommodate late arrivals?
We have a 15 minute grace period. After the 15 minutes you will be charged and asked to reschedule.
What happens if I am late for my appointment?
If you’re more than 15 minutes late you will have to reschedule, after paying the cancellation fee.
Do you provide services to children?
No.
Should I wash my hair before a color service?
That is not necessary.
Can I wash my hair after a color service?
Please wait 48 hours to wash your hair after a color service to ensure longevity.
Do you have discounted pricing for services for kids and clients above the age of 65?
We only offer haircuts to 10+ years old: due to an adult atmosphere. We do not offer discounts based off age.
Are clients eligible to be hair models, and do they pay for their services?
Clients can always be a model for class night and photo shoots. All haircuts are free, but a $50 color fee is required due to the cost of products. Keep an eye out at @fortehairatl on Instagram for information on when we need hair models.
Do you have early appointments or late appointments?
Both! We are available 10am-6pm. But if you have a time slot that follows after or before business hours: there will be a $50 surplus charge.
What if my service provider is running behind schedule?
Please be patient if your stylist is behind. In our industry, this happens often. A discounted rate possibly offered for running behind more than 30 minutes.
Is there a consultation fee?
We do not have a consultation fee.
How many hairdressers/employees are there?
Eight.
Can I cancel my appointment?
Yes, with more than 24 hours notice for no penalty.
What happens if I cancel or no-show my appointment in less than 24 hours?
You will be charged for 100% of your service.
How far in advance should I book my appointment?
We usually book up a couple weeks in advance for color corrections and transformations. Talk to your stylist about rebooking your appointments before you leave.
What if I am unhappy with my service?
Within 7 days of you appointment, you’re able to have a redo for no charge. After 7 days, you will be charged full price for any service.
